A lifetime of good health
Our commitment to your new puppy's health began before we bought our first Australian Labradoodle. While shopping for a pet (it turned out to be Tilly), we wanted to be sure that our dog would be happy and healthy for years. The first thing we did was to limit our search for a breeder to ALAA members who share our passion and, let's be fair, paranoia, about our animals. Since we brought Pine Lodge Penelope home as an eight week old puppy to become our first breeding dog, we've been taking her to general vets, specialist vets and breeding vets to be sure her puppies will be as healthy as possible.
Healthy out of the box
Your new puppy comes home with you having already received all the current vaccinations, (you will need to get follow-up vaccinations). Your puppy has had a microchip inserted and is dewormed. We give you the complete medical record of your puppy.
Most puppies will be sent home with a six month spay/neuter contract. We will sometimes send puppies home already spayed or neutered. Whether Victoria Creek decides to alter any puppy is at our sole discretion and is not negotiable.
New Puppy Health guarantee
We want you to know that your new puppy is healthy. That's why, in addition to getting the proper shots, we want you to take your puppy to the vet within five days of taking it home. If everything looks good, send us a copy of the veterinarian's report to activate the two year guarantee.
If your vet finds a chronic or serious problem and our vet agrees with the diagnosis, we will either:
pay up to half the purchase price of the puppy to your vet toward treatment or
take back the puppy and refund the purchase price of the puppy or
take back the puppy and allow you to choose a new puppy from our next available litter.
2 Year Genetic Health Warranty
We guarantee your dog to be free from life threatening genetic defects for the first two years of life. If case of a life threatening genetic defect we will either:
pay up to half the purchase price of the puppy to your vet toward treatment or
allow you to choose a new puppy from our next available litter.
